We are recruiting an experienced Lead Service Technician at our Lincoln Dealership. Lead Technicians perform all the functions of a Service Technician including inspections and maintenance or repairs to ensure that vehicles are safe and reliable for customers. In addition, the Lead Technician ensures the overall effectiveness of the team by providing coordination activities with the Service Advisors and dispatching work to team members to achieve maximum productivity and quality service while providing first-line technical assistance to team members.

Hourly Pay Ranges:

$35.67 to $54.07 hourly with the option for flat-rate pay

The successful candidate will typically have the following skills and experience:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Must be a Ford/Lincoln Certified technician
• Six months to one year of related experience.
• Must be able to learn and use all applicable software programs used by the dealership.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
