The Korum Automotive Group in Puyallup, WA is looking for a unique position responsible for assisting the team with a variety of customer support and service activities. The position is primarily responsible for assisting with such tasks as coordinating sales and service appointments, completing delegated sales support and customer service activities on behalf of the Lincoln Relationship Managers, such as; performing pick-up and delivery valet services for remote test drives and for vehicle maintenance and repair services, assisting with vehicle deliveries, scheduling service appointments and assisting with customer questions and vehicle and technology utilization, and customer relationship development activities. The position must become Lincoln Certified (products and service) and demonstrate specialty knowledge in the Lincoln product line such that they can capably demonstrate vehicle features to current and prospective customers (e.g., safety, on-board technologies, performance, mobile phone applications, etc.)..
