The Korum Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator / Specialist for our busy Ford / Lincoln Service Department in Puyallup, WA. This position is a critical customer-facing position that is expected to deliver the highest degree of customer service and quality service in all customer interactions. These interactions include, but are not limited to assisting customers with scheduling appointments for repair and/or maintenance to their vehicles, and closing of repair orders and parts invoices. The Warranty Specialist prepares records and reconciles vehicle warranty claims and submits them to the factory for payment. This position is also responsible for the accuracy of customer payments and daily deposit of customer payments. Effective performance in this position is expected to build long-term customer relationships and a differentiated level of quality service, resulting in strong customer service index (CSI) scores for the Service Department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Two to four years related experience
Ability to learn and use software provided by the dealership.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Must have Ford / Lincoln Warranty experience and / or experience with Dealertrack.
